Custom software + managed operations

Turn recurring follow-up into one managed workflow.

ClariCloud builds the workflow software and provides the operations team to handle recurring coordination, follow-up, and record updates across your existing systems. Routine work keeps moving; your team keeps approvals and final authority.

What this looks like in practice

One operating model, applied to different kinds of work.

These projects show the pattern in practice; they do not define the limits of the service. ClariCloud fits recurring work that crosses systems, teams, and approval boundaries.

Implemented workflow · Client name withheld

Rental and fleet operator: one issue queue

ClariCloud designed and implemented a custom operations app for customer questions, marketplace administration, repair-vendor coordination, and field-team communication.

  1. Customer or vehicle issue
  2. Operator records and coordinates
  3. Vendor or field manager follows through
  4. Authorized client team decides exceptions

Implemented scope description; no measured performance result is claimed.

Customer-ready workflow project

Real-estate team: one transaction queue

ClariCloud built a customer-ready workflow project that brings lead intake, showing coordination, CRM updates, document checklists, transaction milestones, and vendor follow-up into one visible workflow.

Build CRM connections, intake rules, and document checks.

Run approved scheduling, reminders, updates, and follow-up.

Improve stalled handoffs with human-reviewed AI, while licensed advice, negotiation, pricing, disclosures, signatures, and final decisions stay with the brokerage.

Customer-ready project; no measured production result or client endorsement is claimed.

Where ClariCloud fits

Routine work should not require constant rescue.

Start with a daily or weekly workflow that crosses systems or teams, follows repeatable rules, and still consumes manager attention. The changes shown are design goals, not measured client results.

Requests scattered across inboxes, chats, and spreadsheets

Managers chase status and copy information between systems

Software assists defined steps; operators follow through

Routine issues repeatedly interrupt decision-makers

Exceptions and approvals reach the right client owner

How the service works

Software, follow-through, and improvement in one managed service.

ClariCloud is not just software and not just staffing. Developers, operators, and workflow strategists work as one accountable team around a clearly bounded process.

One visible workflowRoutine work moves. Exceptions become clear.

Your team keeps approvals, customer judgment, pricing, spend, regulated work, signatures, and final decisions.

Each review shows what to adjust next: the software, the operating rule, or the escalation path.

Human-led operations

Useful AI. Visible people. Clear authority.

We use AI where it can make a defined step faster or easier to check—not as a reason to hide ownership or move final judgment away from your team.

01

Human review

AI assists defined steps. People verify the work and remain accountable for the queue.

02

Client-controlled systems

Access, permitted data, and source-of-record rules are agreed before work begins.

03

Explicit escalation

Pricing, spend, regulated work, signatures, and final decisions stay with your team.

Review the trust boundary

Four practical questions

Know the boundary before the work begins.

Start with the systems, daily work, decisions, and data involved in one recurring workflow.

Is this staffing or a managed service?

ClariCloud provides a managed operations service: we define the queue, rules, reporting, and escalation path, then provide one accountable interface for the agreed workflow. The client does not have to recruit or coordinate a roster of individual contractors.

What decisions stay with the client?

The client retains pricing, negotiation, spend and credit approval, licensed or regulated decisions, physical work, signatures, banking confirmation, policy, and final authority. The exact line is documented for each workflow.

How is customer data handled?

Before work begins, each scope defines permitted and prohibited data, approved systems, access roles, processing locations, retention, deletion, and incident contacts. Do not send customer records or sensitive documents through the public website.

What does a pilot include?

A pilot starts with one repeatable workflow and defines its scope, exclusions, baseline, systems, permitted data, hours, responsibility map, escalation, reporting, and review method. Duration and pricing are confirmed in a written proposal.

Start with one workflow

Bring one workflow that is slow, manual, or hard to track.

We’ll identify what software can support, what our operators can run, and what should stay with your team.
